空汙是禍首？26歲女無抽菸罹肺癌
（優活健康網記者談雍雍／綜合報導）過去總認為老菸槍是肺癌主因，但近年有年輕化趨勢且沒有抽菸史的女性增加，推斷與空氣汙染嚴重不無關係。像是奇美醫學中心收治最年輕的肺癌患者，一名26歲女性，作息正常無抽菸，卻在健檢發現肺部有陰影，意外發現罹患肺癌一期。
PM2.5濃度加10％ 肺癌風險大增3成
奇美醫學中心胸腔外科馮瑤醫師表示，許多研究指出，肺癌年輕化及不抽煙的肺癌病人變多，尤其是台灣女性病人多無抽煙史，這與空氣的污染應具有相當的因果關係，以近兩年熱門的空氣懸浮微粒PM2.5每增加10％的濃度，則肺癌的發生率增加3成。
年輕化且無明顯症狀 篩 檢、戒菸保命
肺癌的死亡率及發生率居冠，但事實上則是最可能預防的癌症之一，如30歲以前戒菸，則患肺癌的風險可降低9成。另外，避免室內空氣污染，改變烹調方式，採低油溫烹調為宜，保持廚房良好通風，出門要戴口罩，空污嚴重時避免戶外激烈活動，都有助於防癌。
但可惜的是大環境的污染無法避免，而肺癌又無明顯症狀，醫師建議以低劑量的胸部電腦斷層掃描篩檢。而40歲以上有抽煙史及家族史每年要檢查一次，沒危險病史者每兩年一次即可。
